We have a dedicated Litigation Team who is solely there to commence civil proceedings.
This enables the progression of cases where there is a lack of cooperation from defendants and their representatives.
We believe that a pro-active stance will achieve results and progress the matter to a conclusion, instead of working to the other party's time scales.
Individual cases are reviewed constantly.
Full reviews of cases are carried out after six months if they have not been concluded. Court proceedings will be started where deemed necessary.
Once the matter is with the court, we will only settle in our client’s best interests.
