Kamran Akram Principal LLB (Hons) Since establishing the firm, he has driven Asons Solicitors forward with a fundamental belief that clients want practical solutions at times of difficulty. This belief is passed through to the Asons team members from the day they join the company. Kamran is trained in various areas of law. However he has seen a niche in the market: a shortage of firms who can cope with the needs of clients and credit hire organisations in the area of road traffic accidents. Imran Akram Practice Director BA (Hons) Imran’s qualified vision of client requirements enables him to develop a bespoke package to suit each client. He has been the driving force behind the firm's growth since 1998. He is responsible for all the firm's business development initiatives and for ensuring Asons continue to meet and where possible exceed the expectations of our clients. Imran has put in place structured training and development programmes so that all team members have Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including an annual review to ensure that they are working to the same corporate standards so that the client receives the same fast, efficient service, no matter whom the client deals with at the firm. |
